Here are some women working on t-shirts during our Clothesline Project during V-Day's "Until the Violence Stops: NYC" festival. At the Clothesline Project, we made t-shirts to commemorate violence that happened to us or those we love. Some are still on view at the Red Tent, and we have made this an ongoing project. If you would like to make a t-shirt, feel free to come during our community hours and make one.
Here we are, putting the tent together. It was truly a community effort--and a lot of fun.
